Misplaced

I have the right to refuse your Comm for any reason.

May Artwork is for personal use only and is not to be used for any sort of merchandising in any way. Custom OCs, once finished and fully sent to you, belong to you to do with as you wish. All artworks created by me, including ref sheets and Character designs, are still to be claimed as my work.

You may use Comms for personal Icons, banners, backgrounds, and other non-monetary ways. If using my art on a profile that gains any form of monetary value, artwork credit is required.

I only take monetary payment through PayPal and Ko-fi. My currency is USD, and all my prices are in USD.

Finished commissions will be used as examples of my work.

Payment is due after first sketch.

Payment for "Surprise me" comms is due up front.

Comms will be started in the queue order but may be finished out of order depending on how small the comm is or how quickly a reply is given. This is to try to keep from having too long waits.

Please provide clean and clear reference images, clear of any overly obstructive watermarks and unshaded if it can be helped.

Do Not edit any of my artworks without my direct permission. Any needed edits to a work will be gladly done if asked, so long as they are not too large. Things that cannot be changed once finished, such as poses, expressions, and props.

Do Not Crop off watermarks or remove them in any way. Credits when my art is used are greatly appreciated, but not needed as long as you are not claiming the art as yours or not using said art for monetary gain.

Refunds will not be offered for finished works.

Requesting edits is encouraged before the final shading/Coloring stage! (This does not go for Customs or Refs; changes can be requested at any time!)

"Surprise me" Comms will have no updates or revistions, only fixes for major errors.

Privicy is a right. You can ask me to keep all details and processes of your commission just between the two of us. The final, fully finished image will be shared on my socials once you, the commissioner, are ready.
